This is the first session of a six-week self-management workshop that teaches participants how to better manage their on going chronic pain. Topics cover include, but are not limited to: understanding difficult emotions, exercising for chronic pain, proper medication use and how to communicate with health care professionals. Attendance of the first session is required to participate. Free to attend, but must pre-register by calling 480-367-6937.
